Michael Gostigian competed in three Olympic Games in modern pentathlon 1988, 1992, and 1996. He was a four-time US Champion, winning consecutively from 1992-95. Gostigian also won the 1992 World Cup title. He attended Notre Dame University, where he was NCAA Epe champion in fencing in 1986. He was also a national caliber swimmer, spending eight years training with the US National team. In high school, he also ran cross-country and track and played on the soccer team. After college, Gostigian obtained a masters degree in international management. He later worked in the New York area as a personal trainer. He is married to [Sharon Monplaisir], a three-time Olympian in fencing and has two beautiful children, Gunner & Sienna.

Lorenzo Gonzalez, PT DPT LAc AP DOMP ECP is in private practice in Dallas, New York City and Miami Beach specializing in treating Olympic, professional and recreational athletes. Dr. Gonzalez is faculty at the McMaster’s University Biomedical Contemporary Medical Acupuncture Program, as well as a voluntary assistant professor of physical therapy in the University of Miami Miller School of Medicine. Dr. Gonzalez is a Doctor of Physical Therapy, Doctor of Osteopathy (Manual Practitoiner), Acupuncture Physician, Licensed Acupuncturist, Board Certified Orthopedic Clinical Specialist and Board Certified Exercise Physiologist.

 DR. LORENZO GONZALEZ

Mr. Hunt has 26 years of clinical experience. He is Board Certified as a Clinical Specialist in Sports Physical Therapy. He has worked as a Certified Athletic Trainer and Physical Therapist in a variety of settings including the NFL, NCAA Division I & II, NHL, and Olympic/Paralympic circuits. His Olympic sport experience includes Olympic test events in sailing 2006-07 in Qingdao China, Pan-American Games USA Performance Medical Staff 2007 in Rio de Janeiro; Volunteer at USOC Chula Vista, sailing test events 2010-11 in Weymouth UK, and the 2012 Olympic Games.  Post London Games, he finished his PhD, studying injury risk factors in Olympic class sailors.   He has been a full time faculty member at the Department of Physical Therapy, Miller School of Medicine University of since 2003. He instructs DPT and MD students; PM&R, and Family Practice Residents, and Sports Physical Therapy Residents. 

Shawn Hunt

Adam Wright, M.Ed., Ph.D. is peak performance consultant who specializes in the mental training of elite competitors across a multitude of sports and high performance arenas. Adam is passionate about translating academic research in psychology, exercise physiology, neuroscience and learning theory into actionable insights that can be used to help others optimize their performance and their experience.  A peer reviewed author, speaker on optimal human performance and positive youth coaching, and an adjunct faculty member in the Department of Exercise Science at Georgian Court University, Dr. Wright received his Bachelor’s degree from LaSalle University in Philosophy (Maxima Cum Laude) and his Master’s and Doctoral degrees from the Department of Kinesiology at Temple University with a specialization in Applied Sport and Exercise Psychology.  He is also an ACSM Certified Exercise Physiologist and a NSCA Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist. .
